Audoban & Co. may be a newcomer, but our expertise has been decades in the making.
Each of us brings over 25 years in senior leadership roles across the full spectrum of Life Sciences and MedTech - from lean, fast-moving biotechs to large, complex global enterprises. We have built and led business functions, designed and deployed enterprise capabilities, driven large-scale transformations, and navigated the kind of high-stakes decisions that define whether organizations succeed or stall.
We came together as a collective because we believe there is a better way to bring senior expertise to bear: without the bureaucracy, without the overhead, and without the distance that traditional advisory models put between the expert and the work. Directly embedded. Fully accountable. Invested in outcomes, not engagements.
